Sure enough as forecasted, we woke up this morning to a very rare site in Tokyo...snow! Lots of it, in fact. I didn't think it was going to stick, but to my surprise it snowed all morning and into the afternoon, lightly blanketing the rooftops, cars and streets. For us, this a first experience of snowfall in Tokyo since moving here nearly two years ago. (So, I guess it's sort of a big deal.)
